Start with the agreement and the handover

1. Discuss the property. Tell us whether it is tenanted, who currently manages it and your priorities.
2. Check the existing agreement. Review the notice, fees and handover provisions before making a commitment or giving notice.
3. Agree the new service. Review our written management arrangement, inclusions, charges and repair authority.
4. Coordinate the transition. We can assist with the changeover. Agreements, condition and payment records, keys, maintenance matters and tenant contact details need to reach the right people.

Keep tenants informed about who to contact and any confirmed change to payment instructions. A management change should not leave them unsure who is responsible for their home.
